As our brotherhood continues to grow we have to find a new place to call home. A house located at 423 West College Avenue has opened up and we have put forth efforts to acquire the house. We need your help to make this dream a reality.

423 West College Avenue sits on ~.5 acre of land and the house itself covers ~12,000 sq. ft of livable space. There are 24 units for brothers to live in and share in brotherhood camaraderie. This amazing house also has a front porch and large outside deck fitted for social occasions.
Location, Location, Location
Not only is 423 W. College Avenue a large house but it is also in a prime location. Less than a mile away from campus, brothers will be able to easily walk to and from class without breaking a sweat. On top of this convenience we are also about 100 yards away from the historic and legendary FSU bar Potbelly's. This location will immensely benefit the brothers and make their lives much easier.
