CLAIM A REC ROOM
A fraternity house is a place where members of the brotherhood can relax and enjoy each other's company. Claim one of the recreational spaces to leave your legacy on this amazing brotherhood. When you claim a room you get the naming rights to the room in the form of a plaque and you will receive a brick that will be placed in the front walkway.
LIBRARY

A quiet space for members to do their homework and a place where committees can meet. This room will house our artifacts and be a place where the historian can keep track of our treasured past.
TV ROOM

A common space outfitted for 2 mounted tv's. This will be the room where the brothers can hang out together to watch sports or play video games. This area is located on the second floor.
DECK

A great feature of 423 W. College Ave is the huge wraparound deck. This will be a great are for members to relax in the sun and enjoy the great Florida weather. The deck is outfitted with a BBQ grill and will be painted with our crest upon move-in.
